Doublé Posté

And she returns... Todays post is a double post, as I've been totally neglecting this blog since I got back from Belfast! Another great trip, fall more in love with the place every time I go! Also even tho I said this would be my last haul, I actually forgot to include a few bits, so I'll save them for the next :) Ive suddenly become a bit shoe spree friendly lately, and I'm praying to all that is holy that this 'new handbag' craving will go away! BE GONE THE MATERIALISTIC DEVIL INSIDE MEH!

Also on this post is my 4 (since the first day of starting, so technically 3 weeks) week summer weight-loss update, oh and what an awful week it was. after 3 weeks of lifestyle change epicness, I fell off the wagon big time in Belfast. But I've noticed a big difference in the way my body is reacting to the change, and I hope I never go back to how I was! Since Ive been back from belfast though I'm pretty much back on track, brunch/ water/ dinner, I try to stick to it and I think it works for me. If I need a snack I'll have a weightwatchers chocolate mousse or a lowfat bag of crisps or 2 ginger nut biscuits, but I try to make sure that I exercise a little more of those days. Since I started the challege my quality of life has changed pretty dramatically! Even tho I've only lost a few pounds, I no longer feel constantly lethargic and craving my bed. I get up slightly earlier now, have my small brunch of 1 slice of wholemeal brownbread toast with granola(which you'll see in my 1st video) and fruit, have my walk/jog for 30/60 mins depending of the day, come home wide awake and ready to use the day to the fullest before and after dinner. The biggest thing is that I no longer feel I need naps every single  DAY! It was a religious thing I would do after college, but it was so unhealthy and unproductive! I just couldn't help it, but I haven't had one nap since I started! I can feel the exercise and watching my portion sizes working in that way. It's weird I always used to think that exercise would take up so much time and throw off your day but it really does quite the opposite if your a procrastinator/lazy arse like myself. Apart from that I've noticed my chest is down about half a cup size, unfortunately the first place I always lose weight! And my stomach pooch is still there but it feels lighter and not bloated/fat-feeling all the time. Im 100% on board for getting back on track and today is proof that you can come back from a crappy week, you don't have to give up!

As always, Enjoy muthafkrz...
